For over 25 years, we've worked at the intersection of people and organizations, across public education and unionized healthcare, in roles spanning employee and labor relations, professional standards, and organizational leadership.
That experience shaped how we work today: steady under pressure, clear in high-stakes moments, and unwilling to look away from the sensitive issues most consultants avoid.
Born and raised in St. Croix, we bring a cultural fluency to leadership and people work that goes beyond textbooks- an understanding that real organizational change happens when people feel seen, not managed.
My Philosophy
We believe leadership isn't about having all the answers, it's about staying grounded when no one else can. To us, grace means composure under pressure and clarity in every decision.
